Behind the turnstile: the wristband as a customer account with balance – kiosk, café and rental charged from it.

coremanager gets the guests in – online ticket, turnstile and wristband issuing. DiKAS runs as the till behind it: the wristband is set up as a customer with balance, and café, socks, birthday package and rental are charged from the balance – ending in one TSE statement across all stands.

Book items at the till, payment method “customer balance”, scan the wristband – the amount is deducted from the balance. No cash in the hall.

How it works for you

Saturday, sold-out jump slots

A family booked the morning slot online. At reception coremanager issues the wristband and opens the turnstile. In DiKAS the wristband is a customer account with balance: socks, two coffees and the birthday package are deducted from the balance at the till. Remaining balance refunded at the end, every bit of revenue across café and rental cleanly recorded.

Frequently asked

Amusement park & indoor park: good to know

How does the wristband work in the till?

DiKAS runs in normal till mode. The wristband is set up as a customer with balance: top-ups increase the balance, and at the till every purchase is deducted from it via the “customer balance” payment method. Remaining balance can be refunded at the end.

Who controls the turnstile and wristband issuing?

Our partner coremanager handles that – online ticket, access control, turnstile and wristband issuing at the entrance. DiKAS then books every purchase in the park onto the balance of that wristband.

How it works together →
Do guests need cash in the park?

No. The balance on the wristband covers café, kiosk and rental. Topped up by cash or card, remaining balance refunded at the end.
