NFC card or wristband
Every guest gets an NFC card or a wristband at the entrance. Identification, cashless payment and prepaid credit – all on one chip.
Check-out settlement
On exit, DiKAS settles automatically: admission, minimum-spend surcharge, free credit, free drinks and balance – as traceable lines on the receipt.
Admission groups with rules
Rates by time of day, weekday, gender or age – with minimum spend, free credit, free drinks and points. Early bird, ladies night, day ticket, under-18 …
Cashless booking
Drinks, snacks, cloakroom – everything is booked onto the card. No cash in the crush, no queue at the till.
Cloakroom & locker
Book a jacket or locker by number onto the card. Lost the card? You find the guest again via the cloakroom/locker number.
Top up credit
Load prepaid credit onto the card (cash or card payment) – it is settled automatically on exit. Regulars use their customer account incl. bonus.
Self-pay terminal
Guests pay themselves at the exit by card – tap the card, the amount appears, done. Relieves staff during the rush.

One card, one run-through: check-in, cloakroom, book cashless at the bar and pay at the exit – each step its own fast screen.
Entrance
Check-in: choose gender and admission group (beer tent, club party, VIP, festival pass), hand out the card – each group with its own rules, free credit and free drinks.
Cloakroom
Book jacket, coat or bag with a tap onto the same card. Lost the card? You find the guest again via the cloakroom number.
Bar
Book drinks cashless onto the guest card – free amount, free drinks and "still bookable" always in view. No cash in the crush.
Self-pay terminal
At the exit the guest pays themselves by card: open amount, consumption and minimum spend transparent – that relieves staff during the rush.
Settlement
Or at the staff terminal: every booking with time, bar and price, free credit and minimum spend settled automatically – as a traceable receipt.

One wristband for the wet element
No wallet at the pool: the guest gets an NFC wristband that combines admission, locker, kiosk and food service. Day and group rates as admission groups, top up credit in advance, settle automatically at the exit – and the staff at the snack bar and bar simply book onto the wristband.

At the end of the night
Every booking has a name
Every booking is logged with time, bar and price – discrepancies show up right away, not only at month's end. On top of that, live statistics during operation: guests on site, revenue per bar and hour, top items, occupancy by admission group. To finish, a daily log with guest counts and revenue that automatically settles open cards too.

Why DiKAS is called that
DIscothek-KASsensystem (discotheque POS system)
DiKAS started in 2006 as a POS system for discotheques – hence the name. From that grew a full POS system for hospitality, bar and retail, but the club DNA is still in the product today: admission, NFC card accounts and check-out settlement in a depth rarely found on the market.

Does the Disco module also work for a water park or indoor playground?
Yes. At its core the module is an admission and cashless card system. NFC wristband, admission groups, locker, credit and check-out settlement work for clubs just as well as for water parks, spas or indoor playgrounds.
Do guests need cash?
No. Everything runs via the NFC card or the wristband – drinks, snacks, cloakroom or locker. Payment is made at the exit by cash, card or self-pay terminal, or in advance via credit.
How are different rates handled?
Via admission groups with time, weekday, gender and age rules – including minimum spend, free credit, free drinks and credit limit.
