Delivery service: good to know
Do I save myself the delivery platforms?
DiKAS replaces your own order taking and delivery handling – without the platforms’ 25–30% commission. You keep customer data and margin. A worked example: with €10,000 of platform revenue a month, €2,500–3,000 goes to commission – DiKAS delivery service costs €79.
How does caller ID work?
Via your Fritz!Box (NCID): when the phone rings, DiKAS matches the number against the customer database and shows name, address and last order instantly.
Can I connect Uber Eats?
Uber Eats integration is in development and is not yet available.
Can I settle accounts with drivers individually?
Yes. Deliveries are assigned to drivers, and at the end of the day you get a clean statement per driver.
