Entry, turnstile and wristband are handled by coremanager – online as well as at the day box office. Behind it DiKAS runs as the till: the wristband is a customer account with balance, kiosk and ice cream are charged from it. Remaining balance refunded at the exit. Whatever is consumed in the pool is recorded in one TSE statement in the evening.
How it works for you
Heatwave, packed lido
Day guests and season-pass holders come in through coremanager at the turnstile, the wristband is handed out at the entrance. The guest tops up balance, at the kiosk the staff deduct ice cream and chips from the balance with DiKAS. At the end remaining balance is refunded. No cash at the wet poolside, one clean statement in the evening.

Does the wristband work when wet too?
Yes. Guests wear a waterproof RFID wristband – issued by coremanager at the entrance. DiKAS runs it as a customer account with balance: kiosk and ice cream are charged from it, no wallet at the poolside.
How does it work in the till?
DiKAS runs in normal till mode. The guest tops up balance onto the wristband, and at the till every purchase is deducted via the “customer balance” payment method. Remaining balance is refunded at the end.
