Uber Eats integration for your POS

Uber Eats orders land in DiKAS as delivery orders – with items, options and payment status. No retyping from a tablet.

Delivery and pickup

Connected through our delivery platform connection; activation per restaurant, contract with the platform required.

Uber Eats

What you get

Uber Eats can be connected through the delivery platform connection or additionally directly (own Uber login, store selection and connection check in the POS).

  • One POS instead of many tablets

All platforms deliver into the same Online tab of the delivery service.

  • Kitchen ticket instantly

After acceptance the ticket prints where it belongs – automatically if you like.

  • Feedback included

Acceptance, rejection and status changes go to the platform automatically.

Uber Eats

How it works

  1. 01

    Guest orders on the platform

As usual on Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats or one of the other platforms.

  2. 02

    Order arrives in DiKAS

The delivery platform connection reports it to your POS; DiKAS also fetches open orders itself about once a minute.

  3. 03

    Accept – or accept automatically

You confirm the order in the Online tab and the kitchen tickets print. DiKAS can accept automatically.

  4. 04

    Feedback to the platform

Acceptance, rejection and status changes go back automatically – the guest sees the status at the provider.

What DiKAS takes over from a platform order

  • Items with options and surcharges (e.g. "burger + extra cheese")
  • Platform discounts as a deduction, service fees as a separate line
  • Platform delivery fee – without a second zone fee
  • Customer data, delivery address, requested time and notes from the guest
  • Payment status: orders paid online are booked as paid
  • Unknown items arrive with name and price as a manual item – nothing gets lost

Requirements

  • A contract with the respective platform (your restaurant is registered there)
  • Activation of your restaurant for the delivery platform connection – on request, per restaurant
  • The delivery service module (included in the Delivery & Pickup plan)
